Oh yes!

I'm a foodie, and a gardener, and believe today's foods are killing us. This book is about eating in history, and recipes to create such things yourself. Simple things. How to (and why!!) roast your own fresh raw nuts and seeds. Make fermented foods, truth about lard, make fruit butters, soups, vegetable recipes from around the world, sprouts and sprouting grains and seeds, ETC. Dumb title (it deserves better) but an amazing journey into real food.
