The enveloppe (should have been a box) arrived thorn open at my local post office. They put it in a plastic bag until I came to pick it up. There was only one DVD left inside, the 2019 Eco-Ag keynotes. The other two were absent. I just tried calling the number indicated in your email, but it seems I’m blocked out, calling from Canada. Am truly disappointed that the package was not more secure and that it could be so easily thorn open and 2 DVDs lost, which represents over $50 USD. How come I can’t even reach you by phone from Canada? I was contemplating to resubscribe to Acres USA monthly publication (I got it for several years in the past, even attended and sang at the 1998 Convention in Minneapolis.
